Birds of a Feather began in the mountains of Colorado in the summer of 2010. Their music is an unusual blend of styles that have never quite been heard together. Written on banjo and guitar, Anna Smith’s songs combine folk, pop, and bluegrass with distinctive melodies. Recorded in Evergreen, CO in 2010, Anna's debut LP featured the newly formed group, which interpreted her songs with a jazz, rock, and highly energetic flair. Their live show is an extremely fun and engaging experience.
