These series of classes is a chance to deepen your creative process, the intelligence in which you work, sharpen your connection to your body/mind and raise your level of range of motion and expression.

Drawing from elements of Body Mind Centering®, utilizing structures in improvisation such as Viewpoints and Contemplative Movement, and practicing with awareness of world energy, we create links in the meaning and action of our creative process, centrally located in the Fire of the Belly.
