Join us to cultivate and polish those qualities within yourself through the practice of yoga. Once per quarter Lisa teaches a three hour Level 2 Intensive. The workshop is geared toward general practice with emphasis on hip and shoulder openings, simple inversions, restorative and pranayama. This is taught in place of her Sunday Level 2 class.
