Unlocking the Pelvis pt 2: BACKBENDS
This workshop picks up where the last one left off, this time exploring the areas around the pelvis conducive to backward extension. We will focus specifically on lengthening the front thighs, hip flexors, & lower abdominal muscles. On the physical plane, freeing these regions creates the alignment necessary for safe & deep back bending.
Students can attend even if they did not attend Part 1.
