The Stang Gappa Band is an outlaw country rock band with strong red dirt influences. They have drawn comparisons to the Randy Rogers Band, Reckless Kelly, and Josh Abbott. The SGB is fervently pushing the boundaries of a full-scale, traditional country music revival with enough contemporary distinctiveness to appeal to a broad audience.
