Foundation semifinalist and Chef John’s beautiful, amazing wife! Shrimp Bisque with Tarragon;
Confit of Tuna Tails Nicoise Style; Ceviche with Fluke and Citrus; Clams with Chorizo and
Sherry; Striped Bass with Celery Root Puree and Mussel Broth.
