Oh, yes…it’s Ladies Night! And it’s time to bring your sexy back into the kitchen! Just as we all
know what a satisfying treat it is to have a man who has skills, finesse, and knows his way
around the kitchen, Chef Keith wants to give a bit of his tutelage to the ladies, guiding them
through some head-turning recipes and new skills that will be sure to please their mate or anyone else who is in their… Show more culinary sites! Hosting his own television show, garnering many
national awards, including the grand prize in the Clos Du Bois Wine and Food Pairing
competition and authoring “Cooking Up Your Dreams” Cookbook, Chef Keith is certain to feed
all of your senses with his unique artistry and humor on this very fun, special evening. In class,
we will make this, delicious “Aphrodisiac” menu: Baked Oysters with Crabmeat Spinach and
Cheese; Poached Mussels with Tomatoes, Celery, Shallots and Saffron; Arugula Salad with
Fennel, Roasted Red Peppers, Garlic and Pinenuts. Red Wine and Rose Petal Vinaigrette;
Roasted Filet Mignon with a Fresh Basil and Truffle Demi-Glace; Pomegranate and Pistachio
Panna Cotta.
