comfort and warmth. This class will feature recipes of the best of Argentina’s wonderful winter
cuisine! This cuisine, described as a cultural blending of Mediterranean influences such as
Italian and Spanish, is understandably why Argentinian people have a reputation for their love
of eating, as well as view it… Show more as a symbol of friendship, warmth, and integration. This class will be
taught by Rebecca Caro, author of From Argentina with Love, a popular blog about Argentina's
cuisine and culture. Blue Cheese and Onion Empanadas; Carbonada Stew baked in a Squash;
