Using just one pasta with four distinctive ingredients, this class offers simple yet creative pasta
ideas that make the most out of focused ingredients, time and a variety of cooking styles and
techniques. Tonight, we will be making: Warm Pasta Salad with Whole Wheat Farfalle,
Spinach, Lemon Vinaigrette, Salmon, Parmesan; Baked Penne with Meatballs, Fresh
Mozzarella, Arriabatta Sauce and Ricotta; Linguine with Shrimp, Marinara, Capers and Lemon;
Potato Gnocchi with Basil Pesto, Chicken Broth, Rotisserie Chicken and Tomatoes; Ziti with
Sausage, Mushrooms, Beef Broth and Swiss Chard; Lasagna Roulades with Eggplant, Marinara,
Mozzarella and Zucchini.
