Clinic fee includes individual video-taped technique analysis; group technique and training instruction; use of Polar Heart Rate Monitors; all pertinent handouts and Friday evening pasta dinner in most cities. Walkers of ALL abilities are encouraged to attend. Beginners benefit by interacting with more advanced walkers, while advanced walkers learn a lot by watching the progress made by the beginners.
