Already familiar with Beginner Pole but not quite ready for Intermediate/Advanced Class??? Come flex your muscles in Spin Pole! In this class we will pull the pins on the poles and learn pole moves on SPINNY. We will not invert at all, but instead will learn how to properly position your body to accommodate pole moves while whirling around. You will learn how to transition between moves to put together an excellent jaw dropping routine.
