A Modern French Wine Dinner Fundraising Event
Please join the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and the Graduating Class of Spring 2012 for A Modern French Culinary Experience. The prix fixe menu below features local and seasonal ingredients and each plated course will be paired with fine wines. There will be door prizes, silent auction and all event proceeds will benefit the students’ culinary adventure to France.
