On a bright corner of Stapleton's "Main Street," you will find Casey's Bistro & Pub bringing the luck o' the Irish to this quaint Denver neighborhood.

A modern interpretation of Ireland's infamous pubs. Casey's menu feature traditional Irish fare and American favorites like shepherd's pie, corned beef and cabbage, and the ever-favorite fish and chips. Lighter fare including fresh made soups, salads and sandwiches, rounds out the menu. Kids love Casey's too with its fun children's menu featuring kiddie fish and chips, shepherd's pie and grilled cheese sandwiches.

Casey's namesake, Sean O'Casey, is an Irish playwright whose realistic portrayals of Irish life made him an Irish hero.
