Rickey Smiley

A funny thing happens when people see comedian Rickey Smiley for the first time. They end up dying...with laughter, that is! Since the age of 19, Rickey has been entertaining family, friends and fans with his unique style of side-splitting comedy. Rickey first took the stage at an amateur comedy night in his hometown of Birmingham, Alabama. From there it was on to the big leagues, touring the country with such acts as Steve Harvey, George Wallace, Will Downing, Dottie People and Najee. Rickey's television appearances include Showtime at the Apollo, HBO's Def Comedy Jam, HBO's Snaps, The Nashville Network, Uptown Comedy Club, Comic Escape and BET's Comic View, where he has gone on to compete in a Comic View Grandstand. So, what's to this Smiley guy? Namely, his sense of humor. Rickey takes everyday situations and turns them into everyday humor. He does it, of course, with the help of a few good friends.
