Sogetsu Ikebana Flower Arrangement

Using fresh flowers, students are taught contemporary Japanese flower arrangement according to the Sogetsu School.
Materials: Flower scissors, shallow container (suiban) - a minimum 10" diameter and 2" deep, flower pin holder (kenzan) - sun/moon shape and 3" diameter and a 3-5" deep plastic bowl for cutting flowers in water.
All materials should be purchased in the classroom.
4-week session: May 7, 14, 21, 28
Cost: $70 (Members $60) Flower fee of $32 total for the 4 weeks payable to the instructor
