Renovation for Innovation

An exhibition featuring groundbreaking ceramic prints by local artist Mark Hall. Mark’s work utilizes the computer to investigate the relationship between 3D printing technology and ceramics. He states that his ceramic prints “examine what happens when the physical world of clay and the virtual world of computer models collide.” Employing 3D printing technology, he creates forms by converting virtual designs into tangible objects and then firing them through a traditional ceramic firing process.
