The Missionary God, Missional Church Conference represents a central aspect of the mission of Redeemer Seminary - to be a place where men and women gather from different traditions to be unified in Christ’s mission for the world. Rev. Greg Thompson is the pastor of Trinity Presbyterian Church, where he has served since 2006. He served as Reformed… Show more University Fellowship campus minister at the University of Virginia from 2000–05. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and Covenant Theological Seminary and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Theology at the University of Virginia. Greg and his wife, Courtney, live in the City Parish and have three daughters and one son.
Rev. Steve Timmis is the Exective Director of Acts 29 and the Director of the Porterbrook Network, an intitative that trains church planters . He lives in Sheffield where he is a pastor in The Crowded House. He is married to Janet and they have four married children, and eight grandchildren at last count. He has co-authored a number of books with Tim Chester, including Total Church, as well as authoring a couple all on his own – Gospel Centred Leadership and I Wish Jesus Hadn’t Said That! .
Dr. Christopher Seitz is the Executive Director of the Cranmer institute in Dallas, Texas, as well as the Executive Director of the Anglican Communion Institute. Since 2008, Dr. Seitz has been Senior Research Professor of Biblical Interpretation at Wycliffe College, the evangelical and Anglican theological college in the University of Toronto. Before that, he was professor of Old Testament and theological studies at the University of St. Andrews and Professor of Old Testament at Yale University. His books include Word Without End, Figured Out, The Character of Christian Scripture, and Nicene Christianity: The Future for a New Ecumenism .
Dr. Michael Goheen is married to Marnie for almost 36 years. He has four married 'children' and eight grandchildren. He splits his time between Vancouver, Canada and Phoenix, Arizona. He is theological director and scholar-in-residence at the Missional Training Center—Phoenix and is adjunct professor of theology and mission at Redeemer Seminary, Dallas. He has published a number of books, most recently Introducing Christian Mission Today: Scripture, History, and Issues and A Light to the Nations: The Missional Church in the Biblical Story . He has taught previously as Professor of Missiology at Calvin College in Grand Rapids.

General admission gets you e ntrance to the entire event, continental breakfast, coffee through the day, boxed lunch, & beverage. We have secured a discounted rate at the Holiday Inn North Dallas/Park Cities for $75/night . It is about a 5-10 minute drive to the venue from the hotel. A closer, but more expensive option, is the Double Tree Campbell Center .
