Salute To King Creole Crawfish Festival
On April 13, Chef Tim Byres will host Jim Gossen, president & CEO of Louisiana Foods, at Chicken Scratch & The Foundry for the first annual Salute To The King Creole Crawfish Festival. From 4:30 – 8:30 p.m. guests are invited to “pass a good time” with crawfish tastings provided by Chef Tim Byres and his team, drinks provided by Stoli vodka & Peticolas Brewing Company & live music from the Zydeco Stingrays. Chef Byres & Jim Gossen will join forces in creating an array of creole-inspired dishes.
