When Dallas Rocked
Documentary film that looks at the 1970s, when Dallas was the music capital of Texas, and the entire southwest, for three main reasons: records (vinyl), radio (KZEW) and the blues (Freddy King). combined with a robust live music scene (Mother Blues, The Palladium, Gertie's) Featuring never-before seen photos and interviews with Jimmie Vaughan, John Rody, Jon Dillon and Stephen Tobolowsky, the film is a double dip of nostalgia for baby boomers and a history lesson for the under-30 set.
