The glow of the Chinese Lantern Festival continues to shine at Fair Park, in Dallas, Texas, until February 17, 2014 (Washington's Birthday weekend). For the first time, the Chinese Lantern Festival encompasses both the western (Gregorian) and eastern (Lunar) New Year.
