I've paid before, many times to see Snoop, but the last time, June 6, 2002 was the last time ever to drop a dime on his ass.
It was in Dallas at The Gyspy Tea Room. There was no opening act and no set time for Snoop to come on. The crowd was getting pissed & everyone more drunk. People pushed abd shoved to get in...and wait and wait and wait. Bitch came on at 1am and stopped right at 2. Show was over. FUNK THAT!

My fiance and I were excited to see Snoop @ Midtown Ballroom last night. We got there @ 7:45 for an 8pm show, stood in freezing cold only to wait for 3 hours and 15 minutes on a Tuesday (work day)for him to finally come out and perform for 45 minutes. The whole while I was pushed, ran into and yelled at over and over by people who wanted to steel my spot that I had been standing in the whole night. Had a tiring day at work the next morning for nothing. I am not really a fan of Snoop anymore. How rude and disrespectful to treat your fans that way.

This was a birthday gift from my husband. We even got a babysitter.
We got to the HOB at 8:30 and watched the 2 mediocre opening acts. Snoop was supposed to go on at 10pm. No Snoop. We waited. And waited. Finally, at 11:15pm, we had to leave because we had to be home by midnight. The manager was kind enough to take down our ticket numbers to help us get a refund. I'm totally bummed. I am no longer a fan. Snoop ruined my birthday.

This was a totally disappointing experience. Doors were at 9 and Snoop was supposed to come on at 10. We left at 12:30...and still no Snoop. Couldn't find a manager or anyone to ask for a refund. Sure I've been to concerts that started late before...but not this late. Completely unprofessional all around.

Or maybe Snoop Dawg is even beyond that now. I remember when his career started burgeoning, journalists would interview him and it'd be incredibly difficult to decipher anything he said other than, "You know what I'm sayin?!" No, Snoop! What the heck are you saying?! Nowadays, besides just rapping -- which has transitioned into more R&B player style (by the way, I love his new song: "Sexual Seduction" or the uncensored version "Sexual Eruption" -- it's hilarious how these guys can get away with singing this stuff!), Snoop is now a family man coaching his son's sports teams and spending time with the family on a hit reality show. How times change...
