Fee includes instructional materials and a continental breakfast. Lunch is on your own. Seminar sites are handicapped accessible and barrier-free.
Seminar room temperatures are difficult to control. For your comfort, please plan accordingly.
ALL programs must be attended in their entirety in order to receive a certificate of completion.
Cancellation and Refund Policy for Seminars:
Phone cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Cancellations received four weeks prior to the seminar receive a full refund of the registration fee. Cancellations received after four weeks and up to seven days prior to the seminar are assessed a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received seven days prior to the seminar or “no showsâ€* are nonrefundable. Registration fees are transferable to an upcoming seminar within the same calendar year (expires December 31 each year) or to another participant. In the event that a seminar is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
