One Night, Two Incredible Acts! Tickets On Sale Friday, May 15!
The Dallas Symphony Orchestra presents A Night of Hits with Air Supply, Christopher Cross and the Dallas Symphony Orchestra - live at the Meyerson Symphony Center Monday, August 24, 2009 at 8:00 p.m. Experience hit songs such as All Out of Love and Sailing like never before with the full Dallas Symphony Orchestra.
Air Supply, one of the iconic bands of the 1980s, is best known for such monster hits as All Out of Love, Even the Nights are Better, Making Love Out of Nothing at All and countless others. After meeting in 1975 at an audition in Australia, Air Supply went on to equal The Beatles' run of consecutive five top singles and dominate the airwaves. Lost in Love, All Out of Love, The One that You Love, Sweet Dreams and Making Love Out of Nothing at All have each achieved multi-million plays on the radio, and their live show has captivated audiences for over three decades.
Also taking the stage is Grammy, Oscar and Golden Globe winner Christopher Cross, singer of everyone's favorite tunes Sailing, Ride Like the Wind and Arthur's Song, among others. After releasing his self-titled debut album in 1979, Cross went on to win all "Big Four" Grammy Awards in one year, the only artist to ever do so.
