A new theater inside a mall with luscious seating and brand new fixtures. Just opened in April 2007, it is becoming a part of Cupertino's main attractions.

This theater was added to the old Valco Mall (Now Cupertino Square) as an attempt to both bring in money (obviously), but also to bring attention to what was a dying mall. I can say as a long time denizen of this area that I seriously thought the mall was on it's way out, and would end up torn down and replaced with town houses (as is often the case in Cupertino), but I now see this theater is here to stay.
The theater has brought new life back to the mall, and is bringing alot of foot traffic where there was none. I remember walking through the mall before the theater opened, thinking what a ghost mall it had become. Now, with the support of the population, this is the most promising development in town! The theater itself if incredibly clean and up to date in technology. I've even seen a 3D movie there, which is more than I can say for any of the surrounding theaters. If you live near by, or even if you don't, I highly recommend catching you flicks here!
