The Naptown barBAYq Contest & Music Festival is hosted by the Parole (Annapolis) Rotary Club Foundation, Inc. This is a Kansas City Sanctioned barbeque contest and the winner will be crowned the State of Maryland grand champion. Free kids activities, peoples' choice awards, music on 3 stages! All proceeds are donated to children's charities in Anne Arundel County
