Yoga for Kids: Ages 4 to 5

For those who are interested in a noncompetitive physical activity, Mercy Children’s Hospital is offering yoga classes for children as young as 4 years old, starting in February. The $20 session includes weekly 45-minute classes for four-weeks.
Children are asked to dress in comfortable clothing that allows flexible movement. All yoga props and mats will be provided in class. Parents will have a place to sit outside the classroom.
