In YOGA FOUNDATIONS you'll learn proper alignment and foundation positioning in the top 30 yoga poses. Each class experience is designed to build your confidence as well as your strength in foundation postures. You will learn something new each week, while continuing to build your personal yoga experience each time you come to class plus- learn tips that will allow you to take your yoga with you and make it a part of your daily life. Advance registration suggested.
