The fifth annual festival is fast becoming one of the metro area’s biggest and most anticipated events of the summer. It's four days of unbelievably delicious, mouth-watering barbecue. Many Ribfesters come back day after day to pig out on ribs, giant pulled pork and beef sandwiches, delectable slow roasted barbecue chicken and awesome slow smoked brisket. Aussom Aussie Australian BBQ Co. is Australia’s most accomplished BBQ chef winning over 150 awards for the best BBQ in the USA and Canada since 1988. Bringing traditional Australian “Barbie” to your backyard. Paul “Aussom Aussie” MacKay and his father have developed their very own traditional Australian fruit based barbecue sauce.
Desperado’s BBQ & Rib Co. took 2nd place in the 2007 Celebrity BBQ Judging Contest and 1st place in 2006. Desperado’s also won the 2007 People’s Choice Award. Founded in 1989 out of Ohio, Lee and Donna Rice began participating in BBQ Cook-off contests throughout the country. Desperado’s participates in 30 cook-off contests annually and boasts 19 first place awards in 1997 alone and has won over 200 1st place prizes since 1992.
Ribbins BBQ of Pennsylvania won the 2007 1st place Celebrity Judging Contest and was the 2006 People’s Choice Award winner. Owner Rondell Adams and his team will prepare a special blend of sweet and spicy BBQ.

Howling Coyote Southwest BBQ Cooking Team of Illinois is a cooking team that has been competing in national cook-offs and serving their uniquely delicious Southwest style BBQ since 1989. They specialize in smoking and slow cooking St. Louis style pork spare ribs. They finish off their cooking process by basting the ribs with a secret "smokefied sauce" as they are open seared on our grill.
Texas Rib Rangers of Texas, Inc. was founded by Bill & Barbara Milroy of Denton, Texas and has been competing in Barbecue cook-offs since 1977. Since creating Rib Rangers Products of Texas, Inc. in 1993, The Company, competing as Texas Rib Rangers, has won over 500 major awards & competitions.
