The foundation of all coffee knowledge and all brewing is simply how to get that coffee from the crop to the cup. This classes covers basic seed to cup concepts, coffee processing, basics of roasting and how Portola Coffee Lab roasts to flavor, and it finishes up with coffee brewing/tasting.
