ACS: Geri Allen, Terri Lyne Carrington and Esperanza Spalding

Saturday, Oct 26, 2013 9:30p

Formed out of their work together on Carrington’s Grammy Award-winning album The Mosaic Project and their debut at New York’s legendary Village Vanguard, the ensemble explores new musical territory. The trio is elegant, experimental, and unquestionably bold. Grammy-nominated composer/pianist/educator Allen makes her Center debut alongside two Jazz Series veterans, Grammy Award-winning drummer/composer/record producer Carrington and Grammy Award-winner bassist/vocalist/composer Spalding.
