Vienna Philharmonic

Monday, Mar 3 8:00p

Italian conductor Daniele Gatti brings the venerated Vienna Philharmonic and German soprano Juliane Banse with Schubert’s Symphony No. 8 in B minor “Unfinished,” and Mahler’s Symphony No. 4. The Vienna Philharmonic can trace its origins back to 1842 and is regularly considered one of the finest orchestras in the world. There is perhaps no other musical ensemble more consistently and closely associated with the history and tradition of European classical music than the Vienna Philharmonic.
