Blues at the Crossroads II: Muddy and the Wolf

Following the success of last year’s Blues at the Crossroads I, Blues at the Crossroads II returns to showcase music by Muddy Waters and Howlin’ Wolf. Both considered the “father of modern Chicago Blues,” they are key bluesmen who inspired Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, John Mayall, Eric Clapton and others who brought about the 1960’s British blues explosion. The Fabulous Thunderbirds joins as the core band backing greats James Cotton, Bob Margolin, JJ Grey and Jody Williams.
