During this interactive 4 hour session you'll learn techniques to prepare both classic and contemporary Italian dishes. Chef Carrie has a the experience and depth of knowledge to assure you a most enjoyable culinary trip as you learn inspirational culinary techniques, proper knife skills and expert tips to create some truly amazing dishes.
