While Bob Saget will always be remembered as the star of two of the most family-friendly shows that network television has ever produced - Full House and America's Funniest Home Videos - he has been an out of his mind, stand-up comedian for over thirty years. From his scene stealing cameos in Half Baked, Dumb & Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd and The Aristocrats to directing MGM's cult favorite film, Dirty Work and the highly acclaimed ABC television movie, For Hope to starring in the critically acclaimed, Paul Weitz off-Broadway play, Privilege, Saget shows no sign of stopping, In 2006, he appeared on "Blowin' Up," Jamie Kennedy's MTV series where his music video, "Rollin' With Saget" first premiered ... the video ended up winning a Fuse TV award. He also hosted the game show, 1 vs. 100 which aired on NBC for two seasons. The following year saw the successful DVD release of Farce of the Penguins ... an R-rated comedy/documentary/love story which he voiced-over, wrote, directed and produced. As well, his one hour HBO special, Bob Saget: That Ain't Right which was shot at NYU was released on DVD. He also starred on Broadway to glowing notices in the hit Tony Award winning musical comedy, The Drowsy Chaperone which he considers to be one of the best experiences of his professional life. Currently Saget can be seen starring in his newest sitcom, ABC's Surviving Suburbia. For several years now, he has been a proud board member of the Scleroderma Research Foundation. Bob Saget will be performing his hilarious stand-up show for one night only at Boulevard Casino's Red Robinson Show Theatre in October.
