The Grand Theatre 14 - Conroe

This theater is quite good. My only wish is that they would show movies earlier in the day. The concession stand is staffed by friendly people, who are mostly college kids. Nice place.

I'm a visitor to Conroe and have been to this theatre several times. It has very comfortable seating, is well kept, and the staff I've encountered have been nice. There's nothing wrong here and the theatre ranks right up there with other movie houses I've been to around the country.

This is not my favorite theater, the time before the movie is so boring with the endless loop of trying to get you to the snack bar and not near enough trailers. I much prefer Star Cinema Grill, they have great trailers and restaurant, bring food to your chair.

Ya'll are so negative. Shut up. We all have our days. How would you like to deal with crappy customers for your first job. Get over it. It's the movies. Who buys stuff at the counter anyways? Bring your stuff from home. Yes, I'll admit it's a set back to have an unwilling person tending to your every need, but you two are dumb. The end.
P.S. Good job Grand workers.

Customer service needs great improvement, my popcorn was stale on a visit and the employee went to the back for what seemed a long time before he could replace it and I actually had the large for free refills.

I do not like to go to this theater. The servers at the counter. selling food, are all soooo unhappy to have a job - their attitude takes the fun out of going to a movie.

It would be nice if you checked this out, maybe you could get some improvements.
