Tickets for free events, including Giles Series performances and the Merrimack Holiday Pops, can be obtained in much the same way as those for regular ticketed events. When the performance goes "onsale" patrons are able to reserve specific seats by placing orders online, in person, by phone, mail or fax. In order to ensure that the maximum number of patrons are able to attend these performances, there are a few restrictions. First, each patron is limited to obtaining Four tickets per performance. Secondly, reserved tickets only guarantee you a seat if you arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time of the performance. Any seats that are unclaimed by 15 minutes before the performance will be given to patrons with Standby Tickets.
