While the summer’s bounty may be long past, there’s still an abundance of herbs to be used - and preserving those last herbs for the long winter ahead is an important chore for any herbal kitchen. Join us as we discuss various ways of keeping herbal flavors fresh and vibrant in your favorite dishes as well as how to use and prepare a variety of dried herbs.
Participants will create a fresh herbal soup wreath to take-home to dry.
