Lose Fat, Increase Strength, and Improve Endurance
with one-hour of conditioning Saturday mornings at the Topiary Park, Downtown!
Play in the grass, swing kettlebells, throw punches,
lunge, jump, push, and pull your way into fitness!
Get In Shape AND Get Healthy!
