Strictly Floorwork

In this hour long class we'll focus on not only learning various exotic floorwork moves and how to connect them together in a fluid dance. Class will begin with a warm up to build flexibility; making all those sexy moves look even better. After we'll focus on a set of moves, breaking them down and linking them together to music. We'll end class with a freestyle dance. This is a great class for anyone looking to spice things up at home, add to their pole work or just feel sexier and more sensual.
