Stephen F. Watson, Kirtland AFB Archivist, will talk about the role of aviation during the U.S. Punitive Expedition into Mexico in pursuit of Pancho Villa, and the organization of Army aviation before and after the Punitive Expedition.
The next speaker is Harlan Geronimo, great-grandson of Geronimo. He will talk about Geronimo, the historical and traditional use of the Chiricahua, Sierra Madre, and Gila mountains by various Apache bands, including their importance to modern Apaches.
