Regal Sandhill Cinema 16

I attend this theater all the time. One thing that impressed me about this theater is how they handled the 1st midnight showing of This is It. Not only did they come into the theater just before the movie began and welcomed us to the exclusive showing of This is It, they also handed out free Backstage Passes, a real keepsake. I saw this movie at 5 other theaters and none of them handed out any kind of souviner. This added "customer service" gave this theater top marks for me! Oh, and by the way, the last time I was there, I saw one of the workers cleaning up popcorn from the floor, making sure that the theater was presentable. I've never seen the bathrooms in an unclean fashion, either.

I'm in my late 40's and have spent the last 20 years traveling the globe. I'm a movie buff, so I can truthfully say I've watched movies in many different theatres in both the U.S. and Europe. This theatre is one of the dirtiest I've seen anywhere. The lobby floor is always littered with popcorn and I was hesitant to use the bathrooms. The staff, movies and popcorn are fine; but a cleaner facility would make seeing a movie at Sandhills Cinema so much more enjoyable!
