Reconstructing Religion: The Presbyterian Experience (1865-1876)
This exhibit will highlight aspects of religion in Columbia during Reconstruction (1865-1876) including the post-emancipation emergence of separate African American churches such as Ladson Presbyterian. This exhibit is part of the regularly scheduled Robert Mills House tours on the top of the hour 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Tuesdays-Saturdays and 1-4 p.m. Sundays. FREE for HCF members; $6 for non-member adults; $3 for non-member youth.
