The third annual Slow Food at Indie Grits is a showcase of the Midlands' most sustainable chefs. Over a dozen of Columbia’s top chefs will be presenting tastes of dishes featuring locally, sustainably produced ingredients. This food and drink fiesta, with soul DJs and a cash bar featuring local beers, is an official partner of the Nickelodeon Theater’s 7th annual Indie Grits Festival.
