5K Walk/Run for Better Health

Join ARMC for fitness and fun on Saturday, March 10, at ARMC's free 5K Walk/Run & Fitness Expo. Check-in begins at 7 a.m., and the Walk/Run begins at about 8:30 a.m. An awards presentation will immediately follow the Walk/Run. ARMC’s event is designed to raise awareness about obesity and diabetes. The Expo portion of the morning will offer free basic health screenings, live stage activities, and more!
