CHIP (Complete Health Improvement Program)
18 session lifestyle medicine program. Participants will learn, through evidence based medicine, how to change to a true, healthy lifestyle to learn to reduce weight, prevent, arrest, and even reverse many disease processes, including hypertension, diabetes, elevated cholesterol, atherosclerosis, to name a few. Reduce and even stop many medicines with simple and fun lifestyle changes. Course includes 2 blood draws, 4 weeks apart, as well as food at each session.
