A lightpainting is a photograph made in complete darkness using a long exposure and a constant light source (a flashlight) as the light source. The results will amaze. In this class students will explore the light painting technique by first learning proper camera and focus settings, what type of light source to use for the scene you’re lightpainting and where and how to apply the light. Students will also learn how to prevent common lightpainting errors and how to correct them.
