Strengthen deep muscles of the abdomen, hips,
spine and increase mobility. Includes movements that
build bone density and strengthen the back muscles.
Targeted for those with osteopenia and osteoporosis.
Ballet Barre (a workout with a Pilates emphasis) is
another way to strengthen and lengthen your body, along
with improving balance and will be the focus of the class
on Fridays. No class 5/27.
