Nutrition for Yoga Students: lose weight and deepen your practice
A 14-day detoxification of the body, mind and spirit through proper nutrition, yoga and inward reflection.
Participants can expect to healthily lose 2-5 pounds with lots of support and education on nutrition. This food-based program is balanced and clinically proven through the University of Colorado.
Participants receive one free yoga class each week and meetings that focus on health through the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. Nutritional supplements supplied and paid for through the program.
