Now more than ever, it’s essential that consumers be aware of the pitfalls of investing their money. To achieve awareness, your Better Business Bureau will host an educational seminar on how to outsmart investment fraud. The event will be held on Wednesday, February 27 from 8:30 to 10:30 AM at Johnny’s Navajo Hogan located at 2817 N. Nevada Avenue in Colorado Springs.

The event is made possible by a grant from the Financial Industry Regulatory Agency’s (FINRA) Investor Education Foundation. This organization was created in 2005 by order of the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York to provide investor education funds to consumers as a result of a complaint against several investment banks and individuals.
