Relax + Restore
Come let your body heal and relax! In this monthly workshop, we will focus on a specific area of the body, using myofascial release techniques and restorative poses to go deeper into the body and release stored tension.
Myofascial release applies pressure to certain points on the body, to release stored tension and improve range of motion flexibility. A short flow will also be followed by restorative poses to help you go deeper into your savasana. Please bring a yoga blankets.
